Upgrade, change or cancel your plan
Move to another plan or cancel your subscription from Billing.
In SignQuick, open Settings, then Billing: select Upgrade on another plan to switch, or Manage Billing to cancel in the payment portal.
Who can use this feature?
- Who can do it
- The Owner and members granted Manage billing change the plan. Everyone else can view plans and usage.
Upgrade or switch plans
If the workspace already pays for a plan, Upgrade on another paid plan switches it in place, with no checkout page. This also works for a move from Team to Pro.
- Step 1: In the sidebar, select Settings, the gear icon next to your name.
- Step 2: Select Billing.
- Step 3: Choose Monthly or Annual billing.
- Step 4: Under Available Plans, select Upgrade on the plan you want.
- Step 5: If a checkout page opens, complete the payment there.
Result: Billing shows Confirming your payment..., then the new plan under Current Plan.
Cancel your subscription
To keep the full audit trail of past documents, download it before the paid period ends.
- Step 1: In the sidebar, select Settings, the gear icon next to your name.
- Step 2: Select Billing.
- Step 3: Select Manage Billing under Current Plan, or Manage Subscription on the Free plan card.
- Step 4: Cancel the subscription in the payment portal.
Result: Paid features stay on until the end of the period you already paid for. Then Billing shows the Free plan.
Common questions
How do I update my card or see invoices?
Select Manage Billing under Current Plan. The payment portal opens, where you update the payment method and see invoices. If a payment or plan change is still processing, reload Billing before you try again.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, on Pro. If the workspace has never had a subscription, its first Pro subscription starts with 14 free days. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
What happens to teammates and webhooks when I downgrade?
Teammates past the new plan's member limit become inactive, and extra pending invitations expire. Webhooks past the new limit are disabled, and a move to Free disables all of them. The Owner gets an email listing who was deactivated. Upgrading again reactivates members and webhooks up to the new plan's limits.
Why are the billing buttons disabled?
Only the Owner and members granted Manage billing can change the plan. Ask the Owner to add you to a permission group with that permission.
