Bulk Send CSV file format
Columns, language codes and row limits for a Bulk Send recipient file.
A SignQuick Bulk Send CSV has a header row, name and email columns for each signer role, and optional language and variable columns.
Who can use this feature?
- Plans
- Pro and Team. A file can hold up to 50 recipient rows on Pro and 200 on Team.
Required columns
Put the column names in the first row and one row per document after it. Column names are in English and aren't case-sensitive. This format is different from a contacts import CSV.
For a template with one signer role, use name and email. SignQuick also accepts full name, recipient or signer for the name, and e-mail or email address for the email.
For two or three roles, use one pair per role: signer_1_name and signer_1_email, signer_2_name and signer_2_email, and signer_3_name and signer_3_email. Each signer in a row needs a different email.
Optional columns
A locale column sets the language of the signing page and emails for every signer in the row. Use en for English or es for Spanish; a blank cell uses your language when you send.
The locale column can appear only once and can't be mapped to a template variable. A row with any other value blocks Continue until you fix or remove it.
Any other column can fill a template variable. Under Map CSV Columns to Variables, pick the column for each variable.

Row limits
A file can hold up to 50 recipient rows on Pro and 200 on Team. A larger file is rejected with its row count and your plan's maximum. Split it into smaller batches.
The file also needs a header row and at least one data row.
