Invite teammates and set their roles

Add people to your workspace as Admins or Members.

On the SignQuick Team plan, an Owner or Admin invites teammates from Settings, then Team, and chooses Admin or Member for each.

Who can use this feature?

Plans
Team. On Free and Pro, the Team page shows Upgrade Now instead of the invite form.
Who can do it
Owners and Admins send and revoke invitations. Only the Owner changes roles.
Before you start
  • The workspace is under the Team plan's member limit. Pending invitations count toward it.

Invite a teammate

The member count next to Team Members includes pending invitations. Your teammate accepts from the invitation email.

  1. Step 1: In the sidebar, select Settings, the gear icon next to your name.
  2. Step 2: Select Team.
  3. Step 3: Under Invite Team Member, enter your teammate's email address.
  4. Step 4: Choose Member or Admin.
  5. Step 5: Select Send Invite.

Result: SignQuick confirms the invitation, and the person appears under Pending Invitations with a date under Expires.

Change a teammate's role

Only the Owner sees these options. A role change keeps the teammate's permission groups and API keys, so review those when you reduce access.

  1. Step 1: Under Members, open the actions menu in the teammate's row.
  2. Step 2: Select Promote to Admin or Demote to Member.
  3. Step 3: Check that Selected role shows the new role.
  4. Step 4: Select Confirm role change.

Result: The dialog shows Recorded role change, and the Members list shows the new role.

Common questions

Why don't I see the invite form?

The invite form appears only on the Team plan, and only for Owners and Admins. On Free and Pro, the page shows Upgrade Now instead.

How do I cancel an invitation?

In the person's row under Pending Invitations, select the revoke button. SignQuick shows Invitation revoked, and the link then opens an Invitation Revoked page.

What if the invitation email never arrives?

Ask your teammate to check their spam folder. SignQuick refuses a second invitation to the same email while the first is pending. Revoke the pending invitation, then invite them again.

Why can't my teammate accept the invitation?

They must sign in or sign up with the email address you invited. An expired invitation shows Invitation Expired, so send a new one. If their account already owns a workspace with data, they need to contact support first. If the team is full, remove a teammate or revoke an invitation.
