  1. Step 1: In the sidebar, select Contacts.
  2. Step 2: Select Add Contact.
  3. Step 3: Enter the Full Name and Email. Company, Phone and Notes are optional.
  4. Step 4: Select Add Contact.

Result: SignQuick shows Contact created and returns you to the Contacts list.

Use a saved contact in a document

  1. Step 1: On the Recipients step of a new document, type at least two letters of a name or email in Name or Email.
  2. Step 2: Select the contact in the list of matches.

Result: SignQuick fills in the recipient's name and email. Check the address before you send.

Common questions

How do I edit or delete a contact?

In Contacts, open the Contact actions menu on the contact's row. Select Edit, change the details and select Save Changes, or select Delete and confirm with Delete. Deleting can't be undone, and documents you sent to that contact stay as they are.

Why can't I change a contact's email?

Once an email is linked to documents you sent, SignQuick keeps it so the document history stays accurate. Create a separate contact with the new address.
