Common questions
Why do I see "You've reached the export limit"?
A workspace can have 3 exports queued, preparing or ready at once. It can also request 10 exports in 24 hours. A ready export counts until it expires, 7 days after you request it. Wait for one to expire or for the 24 hours to pass, then try again.
What does "Download limit reached" mean?
Each export allows 50 download links. When an export reaches that limit, it shows Download limit reached. Start a new export to download the documents again.
