Getting started

Save a draft and finish it later

Save a document you're preparing and pick it up again from Documents.

SignQuick saves a private draft as you prepare a document; to finish it, open Documents and select Resume in Saved drafts.

Save the draft now

SignQuick also saves the draft as you work, so Save now appears only while changes aren't saved. Apply PDF or image changes first, because changes you haven't applied aren't saved. You can save a draft even when your plan's document limit stops you from sending it.

  1. Step 1: On the new-document page, select Save now.
  2. Step 2: Wait for All applied changes saved.
  3. Step 3: Select Back to documents.

Result: The Documents page opens, and the draft is listed in Saved drafts.

Resume a saved draft

  1. Step 1: In the sidebar, select Documents.
  2. Step 2: In Saved drafts, find the draft by its title.
  3. Step 3: In the draft's row, select Resume.

Result: The draft opens at the step where you stopped, with its PDF, recipients, fields and message restored.

Common questions

Why don't I see my draft?

Drafts are private, so only the person who created a draft sees it. Saved drafts appears only when Status is All statuses or Draft. Choose one and select Apply filters. Drafts you haven't touched for 60 days are discarded automatically.

What if SignQuick says the draft changed elsewhere?

If SignQuick shows This draft changed elsewhere, the draft was saved from another tab or device. Select Keep my edits to keep this page's version. To load the stored copy instead, select Use saved version, then Replace with saved version. Replacing discards the unsaved changes on this page.

What if I reach the saved-draft limit?

You can keep 20 drafts in progress at a time. To make room, select Discard in a draft's row in Saved drafts. Then select Discard draft.
